Koala Sampler

Klare Empfehlung.

I prefer this app over much much more expensive hardware samplers. It’s incredibly powerful and more importantly it feels so natural to use on an iPad touchscreen, that I don’t feel the need to buy a hardware sampler. Be aware that there are some paid add-ons, which are well worth it.

Normally I don’t do reviews. But with this app I have to. It’s my creative go to tool. I use it on my old iPad/iPhone to capture my ideas from anywhere. I never had a crash, It never bugged my device. I don’t understand how it can run so efficient … The Koalasampler gives by far the best bang for the buck software out there. Tbh - it is much more worth…It can compete with the most MPCs, Machines out there. It’s so easy and intuitive to use, has many awesome FX and features and it grooves and Sounds great. And now the big change: it also has au plug-in support, which makes it a great all in one solution. Thanks for developing this gem - keep up the good work!!!

It’s a fun app for sample based music creation in the realm of HipHop / Boombap or even House music. In that app you get features that some years ago would have required a MPC. I just wish the GUI would be further optimised to make the use on smaller screen devices like the IPhone SE series more efficient

Just wanted to say thanks. Just checked the new update and its best what happened to koala and my life lately. its just what I wanted, koala is getting more dawlike, i mean being able to add some plugins is just a new lvl

The simple truth is: this is the best, most intuitive, most fun, best maintained and updated app to make sample based music! Marek keeps on giving and I am happy to pay every once in a while for awesome new features. This is for me the best software model. The developer adds new paid features, but the user can decide if he needs them and there are still free regular updates. Thank you Marek! (didn’t mean to sound like a paid review…)
