The default iPhone Camera App is pretty great. I liked using it. But this is something different. Every picture now feels like a memory, a piece of art and something unique and impressive.
The best thing that competitors often don’t have: all those features. You have everything from HDR support to Live Photo, so for me it’s the PERFECT iPhone Photo App.
Now I just need video!!! The Live Photos look so good with film presets.

The images look great! I can leave the Fuji X100V at home because this app allows to take similar shots but with GPS, HDR and all the features of an iPhone.
BUT!! Every time I launch the app, it is LOCKED. I have to press „unlock“ in the top right corner to access all features of the paid app!! And if I don’t, photos aren’t saved! And I have lost many great shots because the app blocked the save feature. That is not ok for a paid app.
Please fix this ASAP!

Wer volle Flexibilität wünscht, aber trotzdem ooc fertige Bilder ohne den hässlichen IPhone-Look möchte, fertige, aber dennoch anpassbare Looks inklusive der Möglichkeit, eigene Looks zu erzeugen oder fertige LUTs importieren mag, der sollte hier zugreifen. In nahezu allen Belangen besser als der Rest.

I’m a paid owner and I’m extremely disappointed with this app on my iPhone 17 Pro. Things were fine on my 14 Pro Max but now it won’t work unless you enable the microphone and location. Why?? My location is my business and you don’t need an active microphone to take photos. I suggest you skip this app if it doesn’t get fixed.

I come from film photography. I like imperfection, I like grain, I like shadows and highlights with lacking detail in lieu of mood, and I like some unsharpness. This app is great at letting me shoot close to how I’d shoot film. I can meter the shadows, focus elsewhere, knock down the EV.
The negative mode is my favorite because there’s no weird sharpening going on and you can mess with filters/recipes/film looks/grain etc. later.
My only caveat is that battery drain is horrendous. Maybe that can be fixed in a future update somehow. Maybe it can’t? I have no idea.
