Surfshark VPN

Was soll das?

Honestly the connectivity has gotten worse and worse. Websites and apps stop loading. Resetting the vpn profile has not done anything. When contacting the support through the app I don’t even get a response. This has now happened multiple times where I contacted the support and haven’t heard back. Then there is the new ui changes. Removing favourites in favour of „recently used“ and „popular in your area“. First of all „popular in your area“ who thought of that?? This is not a social app I don’t need to see what connections are popular in my area. This also raises concerns in regards to privacy ? I thought connection details where deleted or at least kept private, now they get analysed for this? And then there is the removal of favourites? Why? With favourites I could save countries so I could always connect to the fastest city now I have to scroll through a list to get to that entry. This is taking a couple steps back and branding it new and innovative.

When there is a problem, you speak to a human not ai, great service, also easy to connect new device. Was with levpn, this is so much better.

This app offers an overall good solution. Some of the ip addresses used are known and blocked which can cause issues with accessing other apps. Also depending upon where ware in the world this app can reduce your internet speed
