Steneo – iOS App von Julian Schiemann

Kurzfassung

Steneo erhebt, speichert oder überträgt keine personenbezogenen Daten an den Entwickler oder an Dritte. Aufnahmen, Transkripte und Zusammenfassungen entstehen vollständig auf deinem Gerät und bleiben dort – verschlüsselt.

Welche Daten verarbeitet die App?

Steneo ist eine Sprachnotiz-App für iPhone und iPad: Sie nimmt auf, transkribiert und fasst zusammen – eigene Diktate ebenso wie Sprachnachrichten, die du aus Messengern an Steneo teilst. Alle Daten werden vollständig lokal verarbeitet und gespeichert. Es gibt kein Backend des Entwicklers, kein Konto und keinen Cloud-Sync.

Lokal gespeicherte Daten

  • Audioaufnahmen: werden bereits beim Aufnehmen verschlüsselt (AES-GCM, Schlüssel im Geräte-Schlüsselbund) und nie unverschlüsselt auf den Speicher geschrieben. Die Aufbewahrungsdauer ist einstellbar.
  • Transkripte und Zusammenfassungen: liegen verschlüsselt in der lokalen Datenbank der App.
  • Wortkorrekturen und Einstellungen: liegen in den lokalen App-Einstellungen.

Diese Version synchronisiert nichts in eine Cloud. Das heißt auch: Wer die App löscht, löscht alle Notizen – es existiert keine Kopie.

Mikrofon

Steneo greift nur auf das Mikrofon zu, während du aktiv aufnimmst. Audio verlässt das Gerät nicht und wird vor dem Speichern verschlüsselt. Die Berechtigung kannst du jederzeit in den iOS-Einstellungen entziehen.

Spracherkennung und Zusammenfassung (on-device)

Transkription und Zusammenfassung nutzen ausschließlich Apples On-Device-Modelle (Sprachmodell des Systems bzw. Apple Intelligence auf dem Gerät). Private Cloud Compute wird bewusst nicht verwendet. Weder Audio noch Text verlassen dafür dein Gerät. Fehlt das Sprachmodell auf dem Gerät, lädt iOS es einmalig herunter – dieser systemvermittelte Download ist der einzige Netzwerktransfer rund um Steneo und enthält niemals deine Inhalte.

Ehrlichkeit zur Netzwerkfrage

iOS kennt keine technische Sperre, mit der eine App auf Netzwerkzugriff verzichten könnte. Die Zusage lautet deshalb präzise: Steneo tut es nicht. Im Normalbetrieb macht die App null Netzwerkaufrufe; das wird vor jedem Release überprüft. Einzige Ausnahmen: der genannte Modell-Download durch iOS und der App Store beim optionalen Pro-Kauf. Beide erledigt das System, nicht Steneo.

Teilen-Menü (Share-Extension)

Audiodateien, die du über das iOS-Teilen-Menü an Steneo übergibst, werden ausschließlich lokal in die App kopiert und dort verarbeitet. Es werden keine Daten an externe Dienste gesendet.

Benachrichtigungen

Optionale lokale Benachrichtigungen informieren dich, wenn ein geteiltes Audio fertig verarbeitet ist. Sie werden vollständig auf dem Gerät erzeugt.

In-App-Kauf

Steneo Pro ist ein optionaler Kauf (einmalig oder Abo) über Apples StoreKit. Die Transaktion wickelt ausschließlich Apple ab; der Entwickler erhält keine persönlichen Zahlungsinformationen.

Tracking

Steneo verwendet kein Tracking, keine Analyse-Tools, keine Werbe-SDKs und keinen Crash-Reporter. Es ist überhaupt keine Drittbibliothek eingebunden.

Hinweis zur Zusammenfassung

Zusammenfassungen werden maschinell auf dem Gerät erstellt und können Fehler enthalten. Maßgeblich ist immer das Transkript.

Deine Rechte (DSGVO)

Da Steneo keine personenbezogenen Daten erhebt oder an den Entwickler überträgt, entfallen die üblichen DSGVO-Anfragen (Auskunft, Löschung, Berichtigung) mangels Datenbestand beim Entwickler. Alle Daten liegen ausschließlich auf deinem Gerät und werden mit dem Löschen der App vollständig entfernt.

Summary

Steneo does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to the developer or to third parties. Recordings, transcripts, and summaries are created entirely on your device and stay there — encrypted.

What data does the app process?

Steneo is a voice-notes app for iPhone and iPad: it records, transcribes, and summarizes — your own dictation as well as voice messages you share to Steneo from messengers. All data is processed and stored entirely locally. There is no developer-operated backend, no account, and no cloud sync.

Locally stored data

  • Audio recordings: encrypted while being captured (AES-GCM, key in the device Keychain) and never written to storage unencrypted. Retention is configurable.
  • Transcripts and summaries: stored encrypted in the app’s local database.
  • Word corrections and settings: stored in local app preferences.

This version syncs nothing to any cloud. That also means: deleting the app deletes every note — no copy exists anywhere.

Microphone

Steneo accesses the microphone only while you are actively recording. Audio never leaves the device and is encrypted before it is stored. You can revoke the permission in iOS Settings at any time.

Speech recognition and summaries (on-device)

Transcription and summarization use Apple’s on-device models exclusively (the system speech model and on-device Apple Intelligence). Private Cloud Compute is deliberately not used. Neither audio nor text leaves your device for these features. If the speech model is missing, iOS downloads it once — this system-mediated download is the only network transfer around Steneo and never contains your content.

Honesty about the network question

iOS has no technical switch that lets an app renounce network access. The promise is therefore precise: Steneo doesn’t do it. In normal operation the app makes zero network calls, verified before every release. The only exceptions: the model download performed by iOS and the App Store for the optional Pro purchase. Both are done by the system, not by Steneo.

Share sheet (share extension)

Audio files you hand to Steneo via the iOS share sheet are copied into the app locally and processed there. No data is sent to external services.

Notifications

Optional local notifications tell you when a shared audio file has been processed. They are generated entirely on the device.

In-app purchase

Steneo Pro is an optional purchase (one-time or subscription) via Apple’s StoreKit. The transaction is handled exclusively by Apple; the developer receives no personal payment information.

Tracking

Steneo uses no tracking, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no crash reporter. No third-party library is included at all.

Note on summaries

Summaries are generated on-device by a machine model and can contain mistakes. The transcript is always authoritative.

Your rights (GDPR)

Since Steneo does not collect or transmit personal data to the developer, the usual GDPR requests (access, deletion, rectification) do not apply for lack of any data held by the developer. All data lives solely on your device and is removed completely when you delete the app.

Quelles données l’app traite-t-elle ?

Steneo enregistre, transcrit et résume — vos dictées comme les messages vocaux partagés depuis vos messageries. Tout est traité et stocké localement. Pas de backend du développeur, pas de compte, pas de synchronisation cloud. Les enregistrements audio sont chiffrés dès la capture (AES-GCM, clé dans le trousseau de l’appareil) et ne sont jamais écrits en clair ; transcriptions et résumés sont chiffrés dans la base locale de l’app. Cette version ne synchronise rien : supprimer l’app supprime toutes les notes.

Micro

Steneo n’accède au micro que pendant un enregistrement actif. L’audio ne quitte jamais l’appareil. La permission est révocable à tout moment dans Réglages.

Reconnaissance vocale et résumés (sur l’appareil)

Transcription et résumé utilisent exclusivement les modèles Apple sur l’appareil ; Private Cloud Compute n’est volontairement pas utilisé. Si le modèle vocal manque, iOS le télécharge une seule fois — le seul transfert réseau autour de Steneo, sans jamais contenir vos contenus. En usage normal, l’app n’émet aucun appel réseau (vérifié avant chaque version) ; seules exceptions : ce téléchargement système et l’App Store pour l’achat Pro optionnel.

Extension de partage, notifications, achat intégré

Les fichiers audio partagés vers Steneo sont copiés localement et traités sur place. Les notifications sont locales et facultatives. Steneo Pro est un achat optionnel via StoreKit, géré exclusivement par Apple.

Suivi

Aucun tracking, aucune analyse, aucun SDK publicitaire, aucun rapporteur de plantage. Aucune bibliothèque tierce n’est incluse.

Vos droits (RGPD)

Steneo ne détenant aucune donnée personnelle, les demandes RGPD habituelles sont sans objet. Toutes les données résident sur votre appareil et disparaissent avec la suppression de l’app. Les résumés sont générés automatiquement et peuvent contenir des erreurs ; la transcription fait foi.

Resumen

Steneo no recopila, almacena ni transmite datos personales al desarrollador ni a terceros. Las grabaciones, transcripciones y resúmenes se crean íntegramente en tu dispositivo y permanecen allí, cifrados.

¿Qué datos procesa la app?

Steneo graba, transcribe y resume: tus dictados y los mensajes de voz que compartas desde tus mensajerías. Todo se procesa y guarda localmente. No hay backend del desarrollador, ni cuenta, ni sincronización en la nube. El audio se cifra ya durante la captura (AES-GCM, clave en el llavero del dispositivo) y nunca se escribe sin cifrar; transcripciones y resúmenes se guardan cifrados en la base local. Esta versión no sincroniza nada: borrar la app borra todas las notas.

Micrófono

Steneo solo accede al micrófono mientras grabas activamente. El audio nunca sale del dispositivo. Puedes revocar el permiso en Ajustes cuando quieras.

Reconocimiento de voz y resúmenes (en el dispositivo)

La transcripción y el resumen usan exclusivamente los modelos de Apple en el dispositivo; Private Cloud Compute no se utiliza. Si falta el modelo de voz, iOS lo descarga una sola vez: la única transferencia de red en torno a Steneo, y nunca contiene tus contenidos. En uso normal la app no hace ninguna llamada de red (verificado antes de cada versión); únicas excepciones: esa descarga del sistema y el App Store para la compra opcional de Pro.

Extensión de compartir, notificaciones, compra integrada

Los audios compartidos con Steneo se copian y procesan localmente. Las notificaciones son locales y opcionales. Steneo Pro es una compra opcional vía StoreKit, gestionada exclusivamente por Apple.

Rastreo

Sin tracking, sin analíticas, sin SDK publicitarios, sin informes de fallos. No se incluye ninguna biblioteca de terceros.

マイク

マイクにアクセスするのは録音中だけです。音声が端末の外に出ることはありません。権限はいつでも設定から取り消せます。

音声認識と要約(オンデバイス)

文字起こしと要約にはAppleのオンデバイスモデルのみを使用し、Private Cloud Computeは意図的に使用しません。音声モデルが無い場合はiOSが一度だけダウンロードします。これがSteneoに関わる唯一のネットワーク転送で、あなたのコンテンツは含まれません。通常の使用でアプリがネットワーク通信を行うことはなく、毎リリース前に検証しています。例外はこのシステムによるダウンロードと、任意のPro購入時のApp Storeだけです。

共有機能・通知・アプリ内課金

共有シートで渡されたオーディオはローカルにコピーして処理します。通知はローカルかつ任意です。Steneo ProはStoreKit経由の任意購入で、決済はAppleのみが処理します。

トラッキング

Resumo

O Steneo não coleta, armazena nem transmite dados pessoais ao desenvolvedor ou a terceiros. Gravações, transcrições e resumos são criados inteiramente no seu aparelho e ficam nele — criptografados.

Quais dados o app processa?

O Steneo grava, transcreve e resume — seus ditados e as mensagens de voz compartilhadas dos mensageiros. Tudo é processado e guardado localmente. Não há backend do desenvolvedor, nem conta, nem sincronização em nuvem. O áudio é criptografado já na captura (AES-GCM, chave nas Chaves do aparelho) e nunca é gravado sem criptografia; transcrições e resumos ficam criptografados no banco local. Esta versão não sincroniza nada: apagar o app apaga todas as notas.

Microfone

O Steneo só acessa o microfone enquanto você grava. O áudio nunca sai do aparelho. A permissão pode ser revogada a qualquer momento nos Ajustes.

Reconhecimento de fala e resumos (no aparelho)

Transcrição e resumo usam exclusivamente os modelos da Apple no aparelho; o Private Cloud Compute não é usado. Se o modelo de fala faltar, o iOS o baixa uma única vez — a única transferência de rede em torno do Steneo, e nunca contém seu conteúdo. 摘要

应用处理哪些数据？

Steneo 负责录音、转写和总结——你自己的口述，以及从通讯应用分享来的语音消息。所有数据都在本地处理和存储。没有开发者后端、没有账户、没有云同步。音频在录制时即被加密（AES-GCM，密钥存于设备钥匙串），绝不会以明文写入存储；逐字稿和摘要加密保存在应用的本地数据库中。此版本不同步任何内容：删除应用即删除全部笔记。

麦克风

Steneo 只在你主动录音时访问麦克风。音频绝不离开设备。你可以随时在设置中撤销权限。

语音识别与摘要（端上）

转写和摘要仅使用 Apple 的端上模型；有意不使用 Private Cloud Compute。如果设备上缺少语音模型，iOS 会下载一次——这是 Steneo 相关的唯一网络传输，且绝不包含你的内容。正常使用时应用不发起任何网络请求（每个版本发布前都会验证）；唯一例外：上述系统下载，以及可选购买 Pro 时的 App Store。

分享扩展、通知、应用内购买

通过分享面板交给 Steneo 的音频只会复制到本地并就地处理。通知为本地生成且可选。Steneo Pro 是通过 StoreKit 的可选购买，交易完全由 Apple 处理。

跟踪

没有跟踪、没有分析工具、没有广告 SDK、没有崩溃报告器。也没有包含任何第三方库。

你的权利（GDPR）

由于开发者不持有任何数据，常规的 GDPR 请求没有适用对象。所有数据仅存于你的设备，删除应用即彻底清除。摘要由机器生成，可能有误；一切以逐字稿为准。
