How support works
Wishfullist is built by one person: Julian, founder of iOSapps.de. There is no live chat and no hotline. Your request arrives as a ticket and is answered in order, usually within a few days. Bug reports come first.
What helps me help you quickly
- The app version (shown in the app's settings)
- Your iOS version and device
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
- For bugs, a screenshot or a short screen recording
Good to know
- Purchases, subscriptions and refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. I cannot see your payment details or change anything there.
- What data the app processes is in the privacy policy.
- The current version is on the App Store.

Wishfullist entwickelt eine Person: Julian, Gründer von iOSapps.de. Es gibt keinen Live-Chat und keine Hotline. Deine Anfrage kommt als Ticket bei mir an und wird der Reihe nach beantwortet, in der Regel innerhalb weniger Tage. Fehlerberichte haben Vorrang.
